The seven member, inclusive executive committee of NEMAF is headed by Kapil Prashad Rohita. Mr Rohita is a resident of the Saptari district and works as a social activist in the grass root level. Sarita Pariyar, a resident of Makwanpur is the founder member of Samata Foundation and a well-known social researcher. Sunil Mahat is a resident of Sarlahi while Ram Vinod Sah, a resident of Sarlahi is the treasurer. Digvijay Nath Mishra, who is a founder member and an ex-chair of NEMAF, is a resident of Kapilbastu district. Mr. Mishra is a well-known social activist from western Madhesh. Sitaram Baral is a senior journalist from Lamjung district and has been associated with NEMAF since our inception. Rama Nand Chaudhary is from Siraha district and is associated with the teaching profession.
